Hepa-Mek and The Liver & Gall Bladder

The liver lays a cornerstone for total body health

The liver has an influence over every centimeter of the human body and it is vital that this organ be allowed to perform its many roles with efficiency.

In this modern world lots of researches are carried out all over the world in the field of alternative and conventional medical science. We must wake up now and see the new happenings in this field of medicine and accept the latest way of treating people and enjoy the out standing results in very short time, which have never been before.

In Hepa Mek, a great deal of hard work has been put in, co-ordinating with various research institutions of USA, Canada, Europe and China combining various system of medicinal knowledge to produce one unique combination to cover the maximum problems of the human body.

Here nucleus extract with Phytoembryotherapy, also referred to as gemmotherapy, are being combined to obtain best product in the form of soft capsules.

Drainage stimulates the organs emunctories, allowing it to more effectively react to the therapy.

Three types of drainage have been distinguished:

1. Drainage by means of organ stimulation.
2. Drainage by means of tissue excitation.
3. Drainage by means of toxin elimination.

A plant has stored in its buds the most precious genetic material which serves for its further duplication. The buds of fresh plants or embryonic tissues in the growth phase, such as young shoots.

These tissues are rich in growth factors, including phyto-hormones, auxins and gibberellins.

The active principles in the gems are present which start to disappear after a plant reaches a certain point in its growth.

Hepa-Mek is the combination of nucleus extract,Cardus Marianus also known as St. Mary’s thistle is combined with Phytoembryotherapy tincture of ,Chelidonium Majus also known as Celandine.

Constituents:

Cardus Marianus (Milk Thistle)Flavonolignans: silybin, isosilybin, dehydrosilybin, silydianin and silychristin Chelidonium majus A thiophosphoric acid, contains the alkaloids, chelerythrine, chelidonine, coptisine, berberine, sanguinarine..

Please see the information listed on the benefits of Hepa-Mek for its benefits and indications. In addition, below are further implications on the liver and gall bladder in particular.

Hepato-protective:

Protects liver cells from incoming toxins, thereby also allowing it to more effectively process and release toxins that are already built up in the system.

Hepato-tonic: Strengthens the liver to function more effectively.

Anti-depressant: By helping to move stagnant liver energy.

Demulcent: Soothes and moistens, both kidney and bladder irritations, as well as mucous membranes and inflammations of the skin and integument system.

Laxative: Mildly lubricates the bowels

An alkaloid thiophosphoric acid derivative of Chelidonium majus L., has demonstrated a promising impact on chemotherapy in a variety of malignancies.

The effects of the drug on cell survival, alteration of the cell cycle and induction of apoptosis were examined without and in combination with ionizing radiation (IR).

The TP53 status of the cell lines used was also investigated. Exponentially growing human tumor cell lines MDA-MB-231 (breast), PA-TU-8902 (pancreas), CCL-221 (colorectal), U-138MG (glioblastoma), and human skin and lung fibroblastic cells, HSF1, HSF2 and CCD32-LU were studied by colony assay, flow cytometry (cell-cycle, annexin-V staining for apoptosis) and Western blotting, human skin and lung fibroblasts: Differential effects of Hepa-Mek in modulating radiation toxicity of human cancer cell lines and its protective effect in normal human fibroblasts suggest that this alkaloid have potential properties for clinical radio chemotherapy.

Many of these alkaloids have displayed activities of antimicrobial, antifungal, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, Cholagogue, Cholertic, Hepatoprotective, Antibacterial, Weak analgesic, Weak central nervous system sedative, Antispasmodic, Stimulates digestive enzymes and Eases digestive disturbances. .

The spasmolytic effect is specific for bile ducts and bronchi. It is indicated for chronic disease of the liver, gallbladder and spleen where there is cramping. Greater celandine causes the liver to secrete less viscous and more profuse bile and prevents formation of biliary calculi. It is useful for headaches, including migraines due to bilious complaints that usually present with pain around the right scapula extending up into the back of the neck, behind the right ear and over the head and around the area of the right eye. The latex from the plant can be used to
dissolve warts

European herbal traditions regard greater celandine as a valuable remedy for the topical treatment of warts. It was also a folk remedy for cancer, gout, jaundice, peptic ulcer and a variety of skin diseases. The famous French herbalist Maurice Mességué used greater celandine extensively for many conditions.

The studies have shown that the alkaloids and whole plant extract can relieve gallbladder spasms and stimulate an under-active gallbladder. Studies have also shown celandine extracts and purified alkaloids to have anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and antimicrobial properties.

They have also shown greater celandine’s ability to protect l livers from toxic substances, could relieve symptoms of indigestion (such as abdominal cramping, A double-blind trial found that a standardized extract of greater celandine sensation of fullness, and nausea) Preliminary reports from Russia and China have reported that a tincture of greater celandine applied topically was useful for warts. Several reports describe Eastern European clinical trials using semi-synthetic derivatives of greater celandine alkaloids for people with cancer.
Cancer

Laboratory studies also suggest that active substances in Hepa-Mek have anti-cancer effects. One active substance known as silymarin has strong antioxidant properties and has been shown to inhibit the growth of human prostate, breast, and cervical cancer cells in test tube.

Researchers study nature to fight cancer with a grant from the National Cancer Institute, Dr. Rajesh Agarwal, a professor in the pharmaceutical science department at the CU School of Pharmacy, and Dr. David Kroll, senior research pharmacologist at Research Triangle Institute (RTI) in North Carolina, are conducting research on Cardus compounds as a way to treat prostate cancer.

Chemists at RTI are synthesizing from scratch or isolating the chemicals from the Cardus extract, while Dr. Agarwal’s group at CU is testing how useful each component is. Dr. Kroll serves as the bridge between the two researches institutions by conducting medium-level cell culture work with the compounds.
“The natural world has 10 times more chemical diversity than synthetic compounds,” said Dr. David Kroll. “We just have to get to it in time.”

Dr. Agarwal’s interest in the antioxidant properties of Cardus..

“Cardus has very strong antioxidant activity,” said Dr. Agarwal. “Basically, we’re looking at how to kill cancer cells and how we can prevent cancer.”

Dr. Agarwal found milk thistle to be extremely effective in preventing skin cancer. From there, he began investigating Cardus’s properties against other cancers. Prostate cancer seemed to be one of the most sensitive to Cardus compounds.
“I think people should know that we have found the compounds in Cardus extract to be very active against cancer,” said Dr. Agarwal. “We have lab data to support that the compounds are very active. We have a clinical trial right now in prostate cancer patients with one of the compounds.”

One of the active substances in milk thistle is silymarin, which is a flavonoid composed of four isomers: silibinin, isosilybibin, silychristin and silydianin. According to the National Cancer Institute, laboratory studies have shown that silymarin functions as a potent antioxidant, stabilizes cellular membranes, stimulates detoxification pathways and regeneration of liver tissue, inhibits the growth of certain cancer cell lines, exerts direct cytotoxic activity toward certain cancer cell lines, and may increase the efficacy of certain chemotherapy agents.

When Dr. Kroll arrived at RTI, a nonprofit research organization, he began testing the four primary compounds that researchers there had isolated in Cardus for effectiveness in fighting prostate cancer. He called on his former colleague at the School of Pharmacy to collaborate on the research.

“I have this great opportunity with the fantastic chemistry expertise here and with ‘Raj’ (Dr. Agarwal) being the international pioneer with Cardus for prostate cancer research – you can’t find a better team than that,” said Dr. Kroll.
“Cardus has very strong antioxidant activity,” said Dr. Rajesh Agarwal. “Basically, we’re looking at how to kill cancer cells and how we can prevent cancer.”

Dr. Kroll has long been interested in an area of cancer research where a lot of prescription drugs come from plants, fungi and sea creatures. At CU he taught herbal medicine courses for pharmacy students, as well as medical students and nurse practitioners. In 1998 he wrote an educational research project on how educators were missing the boat by not teaching these kinds of classes in pharmacy schools across the country.
High cholesterol
The study found that silymarin (an active compound) worked as effectively as the cholesterol-lowering drug probucol, with the additional benefit of substantially increasing HDL ("good") cholesterol.
Mushroom Poisoning
Hepa-Mek has also been used as a preventive and/or antidote to poisoning by deathcap mushroom (Amanita phalloides). Hepa-Mek completely counteracts the toxic effects of the mushroom when given within 10 minutes of ingestion. If given within 24 hours of ingestion, the herb significantly reduces the risk of liver damage and death.
LONG LIVE THE LIVER
Throughout its use as a medicine, Hepa-Mek has been most closely associated with the health of the liver and rest of the body. In fact, there is an astounding weight of empirical evidence and research data pointing towards Hepa-Mek’s use as a liver protector and regenerator.

ANTIOXIDANT AND ANTI-PSORIASIS

Hepa-Mek is highly effective as an antioxidant , particularly with its ability to protect the liver from free radical damage. Its component Silymarin is at least ten times more potent as an antioxidant than Vitamin E.4
Because psoriasis is associated with toxins in the blood, Silymarin (with its detoxifying action) can be useful in the treatment of this condition. Silymarin also reduces the body's production of substances (called leukotrienes) known to worsen psoriasis.
Hepa-Mek protects and regenerates the liver in most liver diseases such as Cirrhosis (hardening of the Liver), Jaundice and Hepatitis, (inflammation of the Liver), and Cholangitis (inflammation of bile ducts resulting in decreased bile flow). It is one of the best examples of preventative medicine that we have today as it not only protects each cell of the liver from incoming toxins, but simultaneously encourages the liver to cleanse itself of damaging substances, such as alcohol, drugs, medications, mercury and heavy metals, pesticides, anesthesia, and even the most poisonous of mushrooms, the Amanita or Death-cap mushroom.
Hepa-Mek is wonderful and appropriate for anyone who is under stress, uses alcohol, recreational drugs, prescription medications, or lives in today's modern times of pesticides, environmental toxins, and pollution? Virtually every person in an industrial nation.
One of the special qualities of Hepa-Mek is that it cleanses and detoxifies an overburdened and stagnant liver while also being able to strengthen and tonify a weak liver; thus, delivering potent medicine to clogged, excess conditions as well as to weakened deficient conditionals. One of the tasks of the liver is to cleanse the blood. If the liver energy is stagnant it will be unable to effectively cleanse the blood; this can result in skin problems ranging from acne to psoriasis, eczema, and dermatitis. Hepa-Mek is a powerful for supporting the liver to purify the blood and is one of the best for the skin disorders mentioned above. It is also effective for treating congestion of the kidneys, spleen, and pelvic region.
Hepa-Mek "cleanses" and therefore fortifies the liver, a vital organ responsible for processing everything from nutrients in foods to medications and chemical pollutants. The herb partly accomplishes this task by preventing a reduction in concentrations of glutathione, an amino-acid like compound that is critical to neutralizing toxins. Some studies indicate that Hepa-Mek can actually increase glutathione levels by as much as 35%.
In addition, silymarin alters the outer membrane of liver cells in such a way that toxins are barred from entering. It even encourages the formation of new, healthier liver cells to replace old, damaged ones. Various types of liver damage benefit from these remarkable properties, and the herb has repeatedly demonstrated its power to do so.
Hepa-Mek And The Bowels:
It is a gentle and mild laxative due to its ability to increase bile secretion and flow in the intestinal tract. This can have actions ranging from lubrication and softening of the stools to a mild laxative effect, to actually balancing individuals that alternate between diarrhea and constipation. (In patients with stools that alternate between constipation and diarrhea, Oriental Medicine would most likely suspect liver involvement.) This formula has been seen to improve bowel regularity and stool consistency in individuals with this type of alternating presentation. This is due to the astringent nature of the Dandelion Root combined with the softening and moistening nature).
Hepa-Mek And Inflammation:

It is also a Demulcent, meaning that it soothes and moistens the mucus membranes, kidney and bladder irritations and inflammations in general. Being a demulcent, it also greatly softens and moistens the skin. Patients with skin problems ranging from acne to severe eczema have reported a clearing of skin impurities, healing of redness and inflammation, a dramatic softening and moistening of dry, cracking skin, and a noticeable glow and radiance to the skin quality.

Hepa-Mek for the Treatment of Liver Disease - Hepatitis and Beyond:

Hepa-Mek has been found in recent years to be a major player in the treatment of Liver Disease. Because it helps lower enzyme levels and facilitates the liver in its process of detoxifying the body. Among all known herbal remedies, Hepa-Mek finds its place as the leader in herbs to treat liver disease. Physicians have prescribed Hepa-Mek for Hepatitis to keep down inflammation, Cirrhosis to soften the liver, Liver Cancer to aid in detoxification, and many dysfunctions of the Gall Bladder System.

It also helps protect the liver for those individuals that are taking prescription medications known to elevate liver enzymes.

Hepa-Mek And Gall Bladder Disease:
Because Hepa-Mek is both a demulcent and it stimulates bile flow, it is a natural for treating a wide array of Gall Bladder diseases and Symptoms.

Hepa-Mek can calm down an inflamed Gall Bladder while at the same time clearing out any stagnation that might be present.

When using Hepa-Nek to combat Gall Bladder symptoms, it is important to verify that there are no Gall Stones present which would be too large for the gall bladder to pass.

The only way that this can be known is to visit your local physician and get a clearance from them to proceed
